The Session

Each package includes online proofs, final image enhancement and file download access. You keep a copy of all of the high res files to do as you wish. Traditional hard copy proofs are also available. Each look covers a large variety of shots covering your specific marketing needs: tight, 3/4, both commercial and theatrical. A look is generally one wardrobe change but is never limited to this, it's about reaching goals not limiting them. Add accessories or change a top if neccessary. We shoot until we know we've got the look we're going for - usually around 100 images or so but this is not set in stone. Your images are available within hours and online proofs are up within a day or two.

I shoot with beautiful natural light in a private indoor/outdoor studio and occasionally on location in the vicinity of the studio. Our session is designed to get shots that are alive and show the full spectrum of your personality. We take the time to discuss and plan what your casting is and how best to market you so that your shots are truly effective. The average shoot time varies but is usually between 2-4 hrs - this is very dependant on the individual session. There's never any rushing -I'm not a headshot factory. The time we invest in each 'look' assures we get incredibly unique shots that underline your individual life force grabbing the viewers attention. I help you create moments that give the illusion of movement and generate intrigue, a life outside the arena of the camera.

Instant Gratification

See the images as we go! It's a collaboration - between 'takes' we'll take a look at what we're getting on a gorgeous 23" monitor. Knowledge is power - see that you're getting great shots. This also gives us the chance to catch anything we may want to alter.

Make Up and Hair

I highly recommend the use of a professional make up artist for both men and women. If you feel confident in your ability to do your own then you may opt to do that. Our very experienced and professional make-up artists will make you look your absolute best and stay throughout the shoot to keep you looking that way. They will also help in hair styling changes - I always recommend keeping hair styling to what you feel you can duplicate for an audition. (Extra long shoots may require additional fees, please inquire.)

Ordering Prints

You can order online 24/7 through your online proofs or by simply calling or going in to the lab. I offer final image enhancement for up to 2 images per look, this is also included as part of the retouching process. I highly recommend having your final choices professionally retouched.

Meetings

If you like we can meet face to face before the shoot. I schedule meetings 4-6pm Monday through Friday. You can see my portfolio, ask any questions you might have, and discuss specific ideas about the shoot. Alternately you may view my portfolio at Reproductions at any time during normal business hours. Always feel free to call or email me with questions you might have.

A deposit of $100 is required, use the payment button below to send payment. Rescheduling/canceling short of 1 business days before your appointment incurs the loss of the deposit.

Retouching and Formatting

First Class Retouching   $40 /image for highly detailed retouching

Web/Minor Retouching $30 /image for basic retouching (blemishes, eyes bightened, etc)

This is first class retouching. You will look stunning yet no one will be able to tell you've been retouched. It will ultimately still look just like you - but on your very very best day! I also include my sleek unique formatting and you can pick whatever font you can dream up...
